School Climate Survey

Students, Parents and Staff are asked to take the MPS School Climate Survey. The survey is available starting October 1st, 2009. All responses are confidential. Please take a few minutes and fill out this important survey.

When you are asked for the "site number" of the School, please use one of the following depending on which school you are registered with:
